Our goal is to bring magial wellness getaway vibes to your backyard, while leaving out expensive travel fees.

Join us for four beautiful days of self care and mindfulness practices that will immerse your body and mind into the ever flowing stream of restorative wellbeing. We will empower our bodies through physical movement classes, our minds through learning classes, our spirit through connecting to mother nature and our hearts through yummy plant based meals around the table as a community. Each day we will explore different avenues that inspire increased self actualization and personal transformation through esoteric and philosophical deep dives. As we commune in things like uplifting group activities and discussions, various movement classes, sound healing sessions, breath work, giving you SOUP FOR YOUR SOUL. We will explore our psychology through the lens of the 4 elements: Water, Air, Earth and Fire. We will connect to our 7 chakras and just so much! Get ready for a truly Unique Wellness Experience surrounded by loving vibrations, breathtaking views, beautiful sunsets, nightly campfires, soulful connections and magical moments. Heres what our weekend Getaway classes look like!

Sound healing session: uses aspects of musical frequency to improve physical and emotional health . It is a practice that uses vibrations in the form of crystal singing bowls, and other beautiful instruments to relax emotional and physical well-being. It is believed that sound healing can help relieve things like general anxiety, and sleeping problems.

Vinyasa Yoga Class: is is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together one breath at a time. This practice enhances muscular flexibility, body toning, breath awareness, mental relaxation and general wellbeing. All Levels. 

Power Vinyasa Yoga:  Similar to vinyasa style yoga, except the postures are a bit more intense and aim to build lots of heat in your body. Theres a deeper emphasis on breath work, core strengthening, muscle lengthening, and body toning!

Restorative Yoga:  is the practice of holding postures for a longer duration of time often with the support of yoga blocks, to help access deep tissue release. this is great for back pain, stiff muscles or really anyone in need of more deep relaxation in there life. all levels.

Pilates Class: this class focuses on the HIIT Method. Full body yet low impact workouts aimed at building heat in your body through movements that strengthen your Abs, tone your Booty and rejuvenate your Mind! The low impact method protects your joints and helps with chronic back pain. This is takes place on a yoga mat and is known to be a super fun way to get your entire body moving. all levels.

Chakra Yoga Flow: this class will be followed by a chakra lesson, and will consists of vinyasa yoga postures gathered to Awaken, Realign and Balance the 7 main energy systems in your body as otherwise known as your Chakras. All Levels.

Elemental Yoga Flow: this class will be followed by an elemental lesson, and consists of vinyasa yoga postures that aim to activate The 4 Major Elements: Fire, Earth, Water and Air. Every posture will work to deepen our mind-body-spirit connection to the Elements. All Levels.
