This retreat is intentionally designed to be intimate and theres only room for a select number of women. Each room is first come first serve. You can reserve your favorite spot with a non-refundable deposit of $333, and pay the rest later through payment plans or remaining balance payment in full. We do recommend reserving your favorite spot before it sells out. We are an all inclusive retreat experience so once you purchase the room of choice, we take care of the rest! It’s hard to put into words the transformation I feel after coming back. There was so much love put into every detail of this retreat. Amanda creates a safe space which gives you the opportunity to open up and look deep inside yourself and begin the healing process. Go flow Retreats was an absolute amazing experience. Every morning we were met with cacao and meditation so we could go have a place for introspection and self discovery. There were many heart filled moments and great conversations with like minded ladies. Amanda definitely puts her heart and soul into these gatherings. From all of the learning workshops, to the amazing food provided, and even way it is decorated.  We went on a beautiful waterfall and hot spring excursion!  I loved how we didn’t have any alcohol the whole week but it was so fun I don’t think any of the ladies minded, I came back from the week feeling revived and energized instead of feeling like I drank all week. It was truly heart opening and felt like a true vacation I needed. I can’t wait for future adventures with Go Flow, I’ll definitely be attending in the future -Darci

My GoFlow retreat with Amanda in Costa Rica was an absolute dream😍 I will forever remember our morning Cacao gatherings and dream of that feeling of peace and connection to the land✨ Amanda provided such beautiful workshops that helped me reconnect to my inner self and brought new routines into my everyday life that I will continue to utilize.
