TERMS OF BOOKING AGREEMENT

Read our booking agreement carefully before booking your stay with us. By booking with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payment & Cancellations:

  1. All purchased tickets are refundable within 14 days of purchase. However all tickets purchased after Jan 1st 2025 are non-refundable.

  2. All tickets are non-refundable after January 1st, 2025 for any reason including, but not limited to: Covid related occurrences, travel changes, flight cancellation, natural disasters, border closures, quarantine measures, flight delays, illness, death, etc.

  3. All Room Deposits of $555 are non-refundable, for any reason including, but not limited to: Covid related occurrences, travel changes, flight cancellation, natural disasters, border closures, quarantine measures, flight delays, illness, death, etc.

  4. Your Room Deposit will reserve your spot, and your payment of $555 will be deducted from your grand ticket total. Your remaining total balance will be due in full or due by payment plan on January 3rd 2025.


    Disclaimers:

  1. All bookings include meals, light snacks, lodging, wifi, property amenities, daily movement classes, workshops, learning classes, sound healing and meditation sessions, excursions, and pre-planned airport transportation. 

  2. GoFlow Retreats are only open to people 18+ years old.

  3. GoFlow Retreats, Amanda Weston and The Villa Venue Owners have the right to refuse services. Disrespectful, disruptive or inappropriate guests will be asked to leave. If guests are asked to leave for any reason, they must leave immediately without partial or total refund.

Liability Waiver:

  1. GoFlow Retreats is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items occurring anytime before, during, or after your stay. 

  2. GoFlow Retreats is not responsible for any illnesses, allergic reactions, diseases, medical emergencies (including Covid), medical needs of any kind, or injuries on or off site occurring before, during, or after your stay.

  3. GoFlow Retreats will not refund $555 deposits, remaining balances, or additional fees for any reason. GoFlow Retreats will also not provide refunds for covid related occurrences including, but not limited to: flight changes, flight cancellations, border closures, quarantine measures, lockdowns, etc.

Other things to know: 

Rooms are first come first serve, if you see a room you love we highly recommend reserving your favorite spot. If you feel like your plans might change but you really want to RSVP your spot. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please feel free to email us for travel insurance suggestions or any additional questions you may have.
