Personal Responsibility
Each session is intended to support personal growth, self-development, and inner reflection. While it is my utmost intention to guide you with care and grace, by purchasing 1:1 sessions, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own journey and well-being. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any guidance and services provided. You are also responsible for showing up on time and for notifying me in advance if you need to reschedule.
Refund Policy
You will have 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After 7 days, all purchases become non-refundable. All sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. After that time, any unused sessions will be considered expired and no longer valid for refund, exchange, or future use.
Rescheduling & Late Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. After the 48-hour window, the session becomes non-reschedulable. The sooner you reach out, the better I can support you. All sessions include a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late and no communication has been received, the session will be marked as a no-show.
