By booking a 1:1 session with me, you acknowledge and agree to the following shared in writing below.
Personal Responsibility
Each session is intended to support personal growth, self-development, and inner reflection. These offerings are not substitutes for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters. While it is my utmost intention to guide you with care and grace, by purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any guidance or services provided. You are also responsible for showing up on time and for notifying me in advance if you need to reschedule.
Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After 7 days, all purchases become non-refundable. All sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. After that time, any unused sessions will be considered expired and no longer valid for refund, exchange, or future use.
Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. In certain cases, unique grace windows may apply, depending on the situation. The sooner you reach out, the better I can support you in finding a new time.
Late Policy
All sessions include a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late and no communication has been received, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Nature of 1:1 Sessions:
Our time together is a sacred space designed to offer support and guidance, meeting the needs of your mind, body, and soul in the present moment. While every session is held with deep intention and care, it is not meant to guarantee specific results or exact outcomes.
