Nestled within the charming gardens of the historic Bembridge House, our evening will begin with warm tea, light bites, and meaningful connection in a beautiful outdoor setting.
As the evening unfolds, we’ll transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, inviting you to slow down, soften into your body, quiet your mind, and settle into a state of deep rest. Doors open at 6:15 PM for early mingling in the garden.
